- Bookings are essential by calling 1300 657 103 Mon–Fri between 9am–5pm
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Cruises are available Thursday to Sunday only
- Must quote unique code and voucher number when booking
- Must print and redeem voucher on the day
- Not valid during public holidays and special events
- Minimum numbers required
- Children aged 4+ must have a ticket
- Multiple vouchers may be purchased
- Can be purchased as gifts
- Must arrive 15 minutes prior to cruise, any late arrivals will forfeit their ticket
- 48 hours notice for cancellation or change of booking or voucher will be forfeited
- No refunds and not redeemable for cash
- Not available with any other offer
- Vessel is fully wheelchair accessible
